All restocks are available on a first come first serve basis. Please note product restocks are not guaranteed and are dependent on product availability.

To receive a notification for a restock please visit the product page and clicking the color-way, product, and size that you’re interested in. Then select the “Notify Me” button to receive an email if the item does restock.

If you are experiencing issues with your product please contact us and provide detailed images of the issue at hand.

If you have payment issues during checkout, we suggest contacting your bank or card issuer for assistance.

If you are unable to locate your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail. If you still are unable to locate the email, please contact [email protected].

Unfortunately right now we are not able to hand out gift cards. You can contact us to discuss other solutions.

If your delivery address is outside the EU/EFTA, you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please refer to your local customs office for further information. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase and shipping price, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that shipping costs may vary based on product. We offer free shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Spain and Italy for orders above €85.

It may take 1-2 business days for your shipping status to be updated. If your tracking information does not appear 2 business days after shipping confirmation, please email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.

Sal Gabriel is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package after successful delivery. Misplaced packages are non-refundable. If you have further questions or an issue pertaining to a stolen delivery, please contact [email protected] for assistance with your order number in the subject line.

Due to the quick and streamlined nature of our shipping process, we are typically unable to make changes to orders after it has been confirmed in our system. Please be sure to confirm the shipping address is correct during the checkout process before placing your order.

If your order is processing, you can cancel it online before it ships. To ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner, the window to cancel is approximately one hour.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt and in perfect original condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. To start the return process, please complete the return form on our shipping & return page. Once processed, further instructions will follow.

Please contact us about any damaged or defective items with accompanying photos within a 14-day period from the date of purchase.
