At Sal Gabriel we want to offer you the best possible online shopping experience and we handle your data with care. In this privacy statement we explain which data we use and how we save, protect and process your personal data.
This privacy policy applies to our website salgabriel.com (the “Website”) and the services that we offer (the “Services”). We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) and, when implemented, with the relevant provisions under Dutch law. Sal Gabriel is the controller under the GDPR and therefore responsible for the processing of your personal data. This concerns personal data of every user and/or visitor to the website and every consumer who places an (online) order via the Sal Gabriel webshop.

4. Retention periods
Sal Gabriel does not store personal data for longer than necessary. We will not process your data longer than 24 months from your last visit to the webshop, unless Sal Gabriel is obliged to keep personal data for longer on the basis of a legal obligation. Marketing data is not stored for longer than a maximum of 24 months.

We ensure that your rights under the GDPR are guaranteed. You can request to change, move, add or delete your data (unless a legal obligation dictates otherwise). Below we explain them:

Your personal data is processed in the European Union. We may share your Personal Data with “Data Processors”. Such Data Processors assist us in processing the Personal Data. For example, we use the services of payment providers, storage providers, advertising tools and package and delivery services.These Data Processors must strictly follow our instructions. Therefore, they will not use personal data for their own purposes. We make sure all of our Data Processors comply with the relevant privacy legislation.
Besides the above, we will not share your Personal Data with anyone – unless we are legally obliged to do so. In the unlikely event that personal data is nevertheless processed outside the European Union, we ensure that the correct protective measures are taken to protect this personal data. More specifically, we will comply with the model clauses of the European Commission.
